Who Is CINEX?

CINEX – Curaçao Investment & Export Promotion Agency is the official investment and export promotion agency of Curaçao, established by the Ministry of Economic Development to position Curaçao as a leading business, trade, and innovation platform in the Caribbean and the Americas.

CINEX works closely with government institutions, international business networks, and private sector partners to:

• attract foreign investment,

• support international business development,

• facilitate strategic partnerships,

• promote Curaçao globally,

• and strengthen the island’s export and innovation ecosystem.

Through this initiative, CINEX and the Government of CURAÇAO are bringing business leaders and ecosystem partners from CURAÇAO to Houston to explore mutual opportunities across the island’s strategic growth pillars - including energy, logistics & maritime, tourism, financial services, digital innovation, blue economy, and creative industries. The goal is to create meaningful connections, strategic partnerships, and long-term collaboration between CURAÇAO, Houston, and the broader Americas.
